Return Policy

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT THROUGH INDEMNIFICATION BY USPS OR OTHER CARRIER INSURANCE COVERAGE. CUSTOMER MUST COOPERATE WITH CARRIER CLAIM PROCEDURES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. ANY RETURN, REGARDLESS OF REASON MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY MERCHANT PRIOR TO CUSTOMER RETURNING ITEM. ONCE AUTHORIZED, CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE MERCHANT WITH TRACKING INFORMATION FOR RETURN SHIPMENT AND MUST RETURN ITEM IN SAME CONDITION AND BY SAME MEANS OF SHIPMENT AS ORIGINAL PACKAGE, INCLUDING MAILING SERVICE AND INSURANCE. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE. MERCHANT MAY REQUEST INSPECTION OF ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PACKING MATERIALS TO VERIFY VALIDITY OF CUSTOMERS CLAIM FOR DAMAGE. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AUTHENTICATED BY REPUTABLE THIRD PARTY AUTHENTICATORS. MERCHANT IN NO WAY GUARANTIES ITEMS AUTHENTICATED BY ONE AUTHENTICATION COMPANY WILL BE ALSO DEEMED AUTHENTIC BY ANOTHER AUTHENTICATION COMPANY. AUTHENTICATION IS A SUBJECTIVE EXPERT OPINION THAT MAY DIFFER BETWEEN AUTHENTICATORS. ANY CUSTOMER WITH QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT THESE POLICIES SHOULD CONTACT MERCHANT PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PURCHASE.
